The Best Paella in Nashville
Paella is a Spanish dish with Valencia as its homeland. There are approximately 300 types of paella in Spain. It is one of the country’s favorite foods, and Nashville is no exception. Several places in the city serve excellent paella, including La Cocina and La Casita, as well as the famous Las Brisas.
To make paella, start by chopping the piquillo peppers into strips about a half cup each. Next, cut the chorizo into small pieces and then add one tablespoon olive oil to the pan. Once the chorizo has turned golden brown, add 24 ounces paella stock. Sprinkle with saffron, and serve.
