Binet Swing

What is a BET Swing?

A binet swing refers to a stock market pattern which forms on a closing basis. A binet swing on a line chart means that the range’s low has been broken, but the high is not. In a OHLC chart, the low should never be lower than the high of the range. The high and low should be protected. A binet pattern will also occur when a stock’s price is lower than its previous range high.
