He was a singer and musician who had a career that span a number of decades. Some of his biggest hits include “Holiday Song” and “Gemini.” He died of a heart attack on May 29. His family is mourning his death.

Sadly, Pablo Rivera Galvan Jr. passed away on December 18, 2018. He was the son of Pablo and Eulalia Galvan. He was a cherished member of the San Antonio community. He is survived by his two children. He is also survived by his sister Rosie Puente and brother Richard Galvan.

He was preceded in death by his parents. His siblings include Mario Rodriguez, Fernando Rodriguez, Mark Anthony Rodriguez, and Jovita Coronado. His wife, Luisa S. Salazar is also survived. His great-grandchildren include Pablo Cantu, Clara Pruneda, Sebastian Mancha, and many more. He was 75 years old.

Jacinto De Leon was born on September 11, 1938. He was a great friend to many people. He is survived by many friends and family. He was also preceded in death by his mother, Elvira Arriaga. His sister Imelda G. De La Rosa is also survived.

Javier Guerrero

Survivors: Javier Guerrero, Spring Guerrero, and the Guerrero Family. Also, numerous grand children, great grandchildren, and family members. He was a great friend, father, and grandfather. He was very active in the community and loved helping others. He worked in the Houston Police Department for many years and had his own security company. He was a great guy and will be missed by his family and friends.

Survivors: Javier Guerrero, sons, brothers, sisters, grandchildren, and family members. He was buried in San Fernando Cemetery II. His funeral mass will be held at Saint John Berchmans Catholic Church. Interment will follow. He was a great uncle and friend. He had a lot of fun with his grandchildren. He loved to watch western movies with his wife Maria Saucedo. He also loved to play sports and was a fan of the Dallas Cowboys.

Mike Gomez

Those who knew Mike Gomez will recall his love of camping, his impressive artistic skills and his love of animals. He was a true outdoorsman, often leading sweat lodges and helping to rehab bald eagles at the Wildlife Rehabilitation Center in Northern Utah. His love of the outdoors also translated to his art, where he painted Indian sand and taxidermy. He was a devoted member of the Lakota Sioux Pine Ridge Reservation, where he was active in Sun dancing for over 32 years. He was also a dedicated carpenter by trade. He touched the lives of many, including his wife, Bobbi, of 27 years. A great person, Mike will be missed.

In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by brother Bruce Gomez of Florida, sister-in-law Melissa C Gomez of Florida, niece Alicia D Agno of Florida, and nephew Michael R Gomez of Florida. Among his many accomplishments, Mike is credited with starting the largest sweat lodge in the state of Utah, which is said to be the size of an aircraft carrier.

Margaret Garcia

Known to her family and friends as Cathy, she was a loving mother and friend. She was also known for her witty and humorous wisdom. Her life was full of joy and she devoted her life to her family. She was loved by many and will be missed by all. She is survived by her children and grandchildren. She will be missed by her sister Veronica Guevara and numerous aunts and uncles.

Juanita Garcia Rodriguez was born on March 4, 1948 in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, Mexico. She was preceded by her father Francisco Rodriguez and mother Vicenta Paredes Garcia. She loved gardening and spending time with her family and grandchildren. She is survived by her brothers and sisters and nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Troy Joseph and Lisa Herrera.
