Daniel Boswell Oviatt

Daniel Boswell is an attorney at Stites & Harbison’s Business & Finance Service Group in Louisville. When away from work, Daniel enjoys traveling and attending live music performances as well as cheering for University of Kentucky athletics.

Early Life and Education

Daniel Boswell Oviatt was born and raised in Ashland, Oregon where he spent some of his youth living in a tar paper shack. After attending Ashland Senior High School he joined the US Air Force, serving two tours before attending Oak Hill Bible College where he earned a degree in biblical studies.

He worked as a line handler at Amato Line Handlers of Texas City and helped his family run it. In 1995, Danny established the Danny Boswell Scholarship fund to enable students attend college and reach their dreams.

William Boswell married Prather (nee Dawson) in 1983 and they had two children together. Unfortunately, William died suddenly in Tennessee and was interred at Missouri. His siblings included: Eathel Jane Schifferdecker (Marvin Holtby Boswell’s younger sibling) as well as 4 others.

Personal Life

Daniel was an avid reader and enjoyed studying the Bible, particularly Messianic prophecy. He would often quiz friends and family on their Bible knowledge; his desire was for all people to come to know and love Jesus Christ.

Danny enjoyed traveling and attending live music shows, in addition to supporting University of Kentucky sports. Those who knew Danny described him as being an extraordinary individual. They will miss him dearly.

He enjoyed spending his free time with Dianne Kirkland Boswell and their three children: Randy Thomas Boswell (son), Daniel Kade Boswell (son) and Melissa Danielle Berenguer. Additionally, many nieces, nephews and other family and friends remain. A memorial service will take place in April.

Achievement and Honors

Dan Boswell is an avid fan of Disturbed, Korn and Rock And Roll music as well as TV shows like CSI: Two And A Half Men and Discovery Channel. Additionally he’s passionate about basketball and football – two sports which he especially adores!

He earned the 2012 Bill Esposito Memorial Award from ECAC-SIDA for his outstanding athletics communications work. As a regular contributor to Athletics United website and social media channels, covering 24 varsity and club teams at once, his efforts earned this prestigious recognition from ECAC-SIDA.

Goldin says the East Side neighborhood location was ideal, given its close proximity to bus lines and a concentration of college students. Furthermore, this space holds great literary heritage; originally home to Harry W. Schwartz Booksellers which opened in 1927 but closed its doors in 2008. There were other booksellers present prior to Schwartz leaving Downer Avenue space occupied.

Daniel Boswell has become one of the marquee defenders in Major League Soccer (MLS). He has appeared for multiple teams such as Houston Dynamo and DC United while representing his national side multiple times – winning multiple caps along the way.

He recently appeared before Kirklees Magistrates Court to face assault charges, where Prosecutor Alex Bozman informed magistrates that officers attended his home in Aspley after becoming aggressive and violent towards them, using PAVA spray and tasering him but these methods failed to calm him. Instead he hit one officer against a wall before biting another Pc.

Donald has conducted over two trades of Institutions stock since 2017. His most recent purchase consisted of purchasing 890 units on 18 May 2023 for $14,899. His average return per trade has been 104 units every 166 days.
