David Schneider is a land use and development attorney. He assists clients in securing rezonings, special exceptions, comprehensive sign plans and other entitlements throughout Northern Virginia.

Thomas filed her First Malpractice Action against Kring & Chung and certain of their attorneys representing PDTW in the Original Action (collectively known as Schnider Defendants) on October 5, 2017 alleging legal malpractice, fraud, unfair business practices and related claims.

Early Life and Education

Schneider was raised with two religions in mind by his parents, Marc and Georgia (Downey) Schneider in Louisville, Kentucky: Saturday school and church on Sundays.

His academic career started with an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering. Later he earned a master’s in biomedical engineering.

After spending just three years as a research assistant at Columbia University, David published three manuscripts on primate behavior and vision before going on to publish eight more papers as a graduate student – including one that earned an NRSA award.

He then taught two years at the University of California, Santa Cruz where he served as a doting godfather to an extensive group of feminist scholars who often called upon him for advice and motivation. They would often come calling just so they could chat with him more in-depth!

Professional Career

David specializes in commercial and business litigation, such as real estate and construction disputes as well as general corporate and partnership issues. Additionally, he handles an array of intellectual property cases.

He has successfully represented and arbitrated civil cases throughout his career, with extensive experience in depositions, mediations and trials. Additionally, he has drafted and argued hundreds of motions, briefs and arbitration agreements.

David takes great interest in STEM and engineering education R&D research. He created the world’s first experience that was recognized by INCOSE for knowledge exam equivalent and currently oversees Lockheed Martin’s Engineering Leadership Development Program’s Model Based Systems Engineering main course.

David Schnider boasts an illustrious history combining professional success and community involvement. His many honors and recognitions, such as being selected to the Washington Business Journal 40 Under 40 Class of 2022, attest to this.

He specializes in intellectual property and business law and is a member of the California State Bar. Practicing for over 30 years.

He is also an accomplished family law attorney, having become one of the first Certified Family Law Specialists.

David Schneider is a British comedian, actor and director. Born May 22nd 1963.

Michael began his career by appearing in a BBC sketch show entitled Up to Something alongside Shane Richie, Frances Dodge and Lewis MacLeod. Later he made an appearance in Alan Partridge franchise films.

In 1996, he wrote The Eleventh Commandment for Hampstead Theatre and performed on BBC Radio 4 as a panel game show called 99p Challenge.

He enjoyed traveling and reading in his free time, being an exceptional storyteller, sharing life experiences with friends, family and Megan Elizabeth Schneider – as well as taking multiple walks each day with his beloved pups.
