He holds both a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies and Economics from Allegheny College as well as a Doctorate of Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University. Additionally, he has over 15 years of teaching experience, serving seven as an instructor at Allegheny College and two as an Environmental Pollution Control instructor at Penn State. Currently he is pursuing his Master of Public Health in General Epidemiology degree through University of Illinois at Chicago School of Public Health.
