Early Life and Education

David Venditti is an award-winning author and filmmaker best known for his book titled Vietnam: The Recruits Who Died in the Most Dangerous War”.

Born and raised in Rankin, Venditti earned his diploma at Robert E. Fitch High School before joining the military. Later he practiced law at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom for over 26 years – where his death took place on May 3, 2016.

Venditti has also dedicated much of his free time to community service. As Village Trustee in Briarcliff Manor, he was integral in securing construction of a new library, affordable housing legislation and an urban park – his pro bono work including helping reverse approval for controversial Millennium Pipeline.

Professional Career

David VinciTTi has earned recognition as an accomplished casting director, casting several critically-acclaimed films such as “Uncut Gems”, which follows a family amidst crime and infidelity in New York’s diamond district; and “American Honey”, about chaotic relationships within a group of teenage magazine sellers.

Over her 25-year career, she has amassed an oeuvre that reflects her unique aesthetic: an interest in connecting with everyday life in its both its uncanny mundanity and genuine glory. For this passion of hers she has been rewarded by working on projects which capture its raw complexity.

She’s often been searching for something too powerful and primal to capture on tape, which led her to explore spiritual and compassionate avenues of her life. After becoming involved with caring for her ailing father’s health issues, she realized more could be learned by giving than taking.

David Venditti is a well-known member of the Italian community, best known for his socially conscious music and various albums he has released as both singer-songwriter and record producer. Additionally, his film work is well known.

As a casting director, Venditti engages an expansive range of talent. This includes trained actors, performers, models, everyday people and members of sub culture – she enjoys celebrating the alchemy that results from this eclectic blend.

Since 1985, Mr. Soto has been practicing law in the New York Metropolitan area, specializing in complex commercial transactional/litigation matters as well as real estate/land use issues and personal injuries cases, municipal practice matters and regulatory regulatory matters such as SEQR lending agreements or corporate and contract disputes. He also has experience with eminent domain cases.

Venditti boasts a net worth of $2 Million. He is a highly successful author and actor, best known for his roles on The Tomorrow People, Space Precinct and The Bill. Additionally, he adapted Rick Riordan’s Percy Jackson and the Olympians novel series into comics before also writing many other popular comics such as The Surrogates.
