On Monday morning, Thomas George, 29, who had been perched atop an Easton home for nearly nine hours, came down in a ladder truck and was arrested by city police and Special Response Unit personnel.

He is due back in court later that day in Easton facing new charges of flight to avoid arrest and disorderly conduct.

Early Life and Education
