Jack Goodwin is an experienced professional physiotherapist who specializes in treating various musculoskeletal injuries, especially sports-related ones such as basketball, gym and running injuries.
Dr. Reck’s special interest lies in treating knee and ankle injuries. Additionally, he has completed courses on advanced taping as well as acute Enabling Edie dementia training.
Early Life and Education
Jack Goodwin was born November 18, 1955 in Kewanee, Illinois to Henry and Caryl Goodwin and attended Dixon high school where he graduated as Valedictorian of his class before attending University of Illinois for further studies.
He then served in the Air Force, working on B-52 bombers. Later he married Elaine and had two children together; and was also an avid enthusiast for sports and race cars, becoming involved with local racing events.
Erno drove every type of oval racecar ever created, including midgets, stock cars, modifieds, sprint cars and Indy cars. His life was guided by Christian principles; he was active within his church community and sent missionaries to the Philippines.

Goodwin, an accomplished attorney and longtime associate at the firm, specializes in life sciences and technology sectors. He advises clients on various transactions such as private equity/venture capital investments/exits, mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance matters.
He has appeared in multiple television series, such as Kenneth Parcell in 30 Rock and Penny’s older brother Randall on The Big Bang Theory. Additionally, he provided his voice talent for Disney animated films including Wreck-It Ralph 2 and Wander Over Yonder.
He left behind many loyal friends and family who will miss him dearly. He was an excellent husband and father to his two daughters. An avid golfer, he also relished spending time outdoors. Additionally, his passion was spending quality time with family and friends.

In 1970, Jack took over promotion of the old Wilber Speedway near Oscoda, Michigan, changing it to Raceland. Over his 18-year tenure at this track and many others across the United States (Mexican Road Race, Darlington Race Track in South Carolina, Daytona Beach Superspeedway Martinsville Virginia and Shreveport Louisiana among many others), Jack won many races including Darlington South Carolina Darlingon Darlington Daytona Beach Superspeedway Martinsville Virginia Shreveport Louisiana and many tracks in New York Pennsylvania West Virginia Ohio Indiana Wisconsin Illinois Iowa Minnesota Minnesota Kansas Maine Texas as well as Canada!
Personal Life
Jack Goodwin was both a loving family man and passionate auto racer. He competed in midgets, stock cars, sprint cars, super modifieds and Indy cars – winning races at every successful Michigan track as well as Darlington in South Carolina; Daytona Beach Super Speedway; and Martinsville Virginia.
After his retirement from racing, he established North Waco Tropical Fish which remains in business today with four generations working at it. He is survived by his wife Elaine, sons Stacey and Justin, grandchildren Blain and Ripley as well as one great grandchild.
As a POW during the Death March, he saw many men perish, either from prior injuries or from harsh conditions during their trek. He was deeply religious and loved his country.

Goodwin has not only made an impactful mark in the entertainment industry, but has been involved with many other endeavors as well. He was one of the founding members of NovaTech Law and also founded and general counsel of GPB Scientific (a cell separation technology provider), while also donating land to an upscale bowling alley under construction near Scotts Addition.
His acting career has garnered several accolades and is renowned for his performances in films and theater productions. He made significant strides toward building his net worth via his recurring role on “Hawaii Five-O”.
