He has also performed numerous routine inspections and maintenance on the building’s mechanical equipment. He is responsible for making sure that all of the buildings’ systems function properly.

He was also known for his creative and innovative ways to improve the property’s curb appeal, such as installing a LED light display on the front of the building and replacing awnings. His clever tinkering has earned him the title of “Technology Wizard” at The Oaks of Clearwater.

Achievements and Honors

Among his many accolades, he was the first man to achieve 70 years of membership at his alma mater, a feat unmatched by many a devoted fanatic. In honor of the occasion, a well-deserved plaque was placed upon his coffin. Aside from his illustrious accomplishments, he was also a zealot of the highest order, making it all the more difficult for his family and friends to come to terms with his passing on this side of the Mississippi.

The baby’s father, John Michael Budlove, was arrested after the child suffered facial bruising. Budlove told investigators that he left the baby in the Pack N’ Play while he went to work and didn’t wake her up until 7:30 a.m.

The baby had no bruising when she went to sleep but when Budlove woke her up the next morning, he noticed that there were a lot of bruises on her face and back. Her condition is critical.
