Before joining Sidewalk he worked in Goldman Sachs Merchant Banking Division’s infrastructure funds as a venture capital investor, investing across power, ports, transportation and telecommunications businesses.

Noah (also Noach) is an iconic Biblical character and hero of the Great Flood story in Genesis, also mentioned in other deuterocanonical texts such as Quran.

The story of Noah involves God choosing an upright, religious person like him (Noah) to lead his family and animals through a catastrophic global Flood to cleanse it of sinful humanity. Noah eventually managed to survive this catastrophic global event and built an altar and made sacrifices as offerings to Him, before receiving his blessing that He never again curse the Earth on account of man, but would rather maintain and perpetuate life on it.

Noah Tulsky is a Partner at Sidewalk Infrastructure Partners where he manages the origination, diligence and execution of technology-enabled infrastructure transactions. Specifically he oversees SIP’s CoFi platform and 5G strategy which are focused on creating shared broadband solutions and scalable solutions to some of society’s toughest problems. Prior to that he worked as an associate in Goldman Sachs Merchant Banking Division investing across industries including power & energy, ports, transportation and telecommunications on behalf of infrastructure funds at Goldman Sachs Merchant Banking Division; graduated Cornell University and passed series 63, Series 79 as well as taking the Series 65 exam successfully.

Before that he worked as an associate for Goldman Sachs Merchant Banking where he led investment activity across power, ports, transportation, telecommunications & data sectors as part of Goldman’s infrastructure funds.

Tulsky also serves as co-founder and CEO of Crowd1 Global, an online analytics platform which allows businesses to collect feedback and ratings from customers. He holds both his Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Harvard University as well as his Doctorate of Philosophy in Chemistry from UC Berkeley.

Tulsky enjoys spending his free time playing hockey and basketball with his friends and family as well as traveling the world – having visited over 30 countries already!
