BURLINGTON, New Jersey (June 24, 2008) – Town officials and residents gathered Tuesday at Mt. Olive Manor II apartment homes to honor its grand opening celebration and formal ribbon cutting and grand opening ceremonies under Section 202 Housing and Urban Development Program in Flanders, NJ. Mt. Olive Manor II can be found at 49 Flanders-Bartley Road and professionally managed by Lutheran Social Ministries of New Jersey (LSM/NJ).

Apartments from LSM/NJ offer one-bedroom floor plans with living, dining area, kitchen and bathroom – featuring energy-efficient appliances and wall-to-wall carpeting – complete with living and dining areas and energy efficient appliances. LSM/NJ has offices throughout New Jersey and provides various services including Housing, Immigration & Refugee Services, Disability Residential Services for Children with Special Needs Adoption Services as well as Senior Healthcare & Retirement Living solutions.
