Oliver is a US-British comedian, writer, and political commentator best known as host of The Daily Show with Jon Stewart as well as presenter of Last Week Tonight. Oliver has earned numerous accolades throughout his career including seventeen Primetime Emmy Awards and seven Writers Guild of America (WGA) awards.

Rebecca Oliver was the daughter of a butcher and an agricultural labourer; although born into lower class surroundings, Rebecca made the most out of every opportunity she was afforded.
She eventually become both an author and artist, her works being displayed in numerous galleries throughout Australia. Her art draws its inspiration from her immediate environment as well as creating pieces which reflect on life and the world we inhabit.
