Steve Chester serves as ISBA’s Director of Media. With extensive digital expertise at media owners, he brings an unmatched level of service.

Chester is the county town of Cheshire in England. Situated along the River Dee near its source and near to both English-Welsh borders, it hosts both an English university and Welsh Welsh border crossings. Furthermore, it serves as home to University of Chester.
