Before founding Quotient, Boal served as Vice President of Business Development at a Silicon Valley financial software firm and as Vice President and Head of Global Emerging Market Derivative Technology at J.P. Morgan. Additionally, he held various management roles within TriStar Market Data including heading their Montgomery Securities division.

Early Life and Education

Boal cut his touring schedule back for two events: the 14th Professional Theatre Organization Conference in Minneapolis/St. Paul and a 3-day workshop at TOPLab in New York City. At both events he offered numerous Forum Theatre workshops as well as an inspiring post-conference workshop utilizing images as forms of representation in Forum theatre performances.

Image Theatre was another groundbreaking technique developed by Richard. Individuals used it to sculpt events and relationships while accompanying narrative. Steven Boal is the founder, chairman, and chief executive officer of Quotient Technology – an innovative digital promotions platform that delivers printable and social coupons directly to shoppers via mobile apps, as well as powering digital coupon initiatives in online marketing campaigns for hundreds of consumer packaged goods companies and retailers. He is the author of numerous books and has received many awards for his efforts. At present he serves on the board of Quotient Technology Inc.

This Court denied the motions to dismiss of defendants Steven R. Boal and Quotient Technology, Inc. (dkts 28 and 56) and will issue its opinion regarding the merits of this adversary proceeding. Trustees E. Lynn Schoenmann will file their response. This case has been reopened so the trustee may pursue certain claims against these parties.
