Steve is an expert leader and strategist with experience across numerous business functions. He has collaborated with some of the world’s largest consumer brands as well as emerging ones to translate trends into actionable strategies for their growth strategies.

SEI’s Defined Contribution and Solutions Managing Director team in Europe now reports directly to him, while his passion lies with supporting and mentoring entrepreneurs, working in tandem with various start-up initiatives and events throughout the UK.

Perkins+Will, an international architecture and design firm headquartered in London, currently occupies their London offices near where protesters had blocked roads into central London last September in demand of climate action. He has been with them for four years; spending most of that time working with Middle Eastern clients on large commercial projects.

Achievement and Honors

Professor Charlton is an eminent pharmacologist with vast expertise in all aspects of drug discovery, from target identification and validation, assay development and lead optimization for GPCRs, ion channels and enzymes to novel therapies targeting remodelling diseases like IPF, PAH and severe asthma.

Heston became known for his epic Biblical movies and appeared in over one hundred over six decades, most notably The Ten Commandments (1956), Ben-Hur (1962) and Planet of the Apes (1970). Heston was best-known for playing Moses (The Ten Commandments), El Cid (Ben-Hur) and astronaut George Taylor in Planet of the Apes (1970).

He now divides his time between London and Dubai, managing a dynamic team of architects, designers, and data scientists. Their practice has already completed high profile projects throughout the Middle East region while continuing to expand.

Personal Life

Steven Charlton was an extremely generous and pure individual who always put others before himself. Always bright and funny, Steven will be deeply missed by everyone he knew.

He spent 16 years working at SmithKline Beecham and Novartis on GPCR and ion channel projects, leading assay development and compound profiling teams and participating in inhaled drug discovery programmes from early clinical development through late clinical development and postlaunch.

Perkins+Will, an architecture and design consultancy, had also recently opened in Dubai under his supervision; here he oversaw a team of designers and architects to establish it as an industry leader for regional markets. An avid traveler himself, he enjoyed exploring unfamiliar locales.

Net Worth

Heston’s distinctive voice earned him several acting jobs, such as serving as the narrator in the film version of the Bible. Additionally, Heston appeared in several Westerns and TV series as well. Additionally, Heston wrote two films of his own while also directing one titled Mother Lode.

He was also an active voice actor, providing voices for many films and TV shows. In 1993 he made a cameo appearance alongside Mike Myers in Wayne’s World 2.

Heston owned over 1,084 shares of Huntsman Corp stock as of 13 February 2023, according to a Form 4 filed with the SEC on that date and had not sold any HUN shares within 18 months. This netted him an estimated net worth of over $778 Thousand.
