Keene State College awarded him his undergraduate degree in biology and chemistry before attending Georgia Tech for his master of electrical engineering, with concentrations in optics and optoelectronics.
Parents for Megan’s Law has contracted Steven to manage its helpline for sexual abuse victims and registry of offenders; distribute literature to police precincts; as well as providing counseling services for victims of domestic violence or other crimes committed at police precincts; as well as distribute literature at police precincts and provide counseling sessions at victims of these offenses in Lake Success office of firm; this organization will also operate out of two Tam O Shanter Drive in Purchase and 4240 Bell Blvd in Bayside New York with Steven living at his two residences respectively.

Sam coaches East Lyme cross country runners during fall and winter; however, this year he made the tough decision not to participate for greater risk reduction when his mother Marilyn began chemotherapy treatments at Backus Hospital, in order to protect her against exposure to coronavirus.
To do this, she recruited several Keene State science students – two environmental studies majors, a chemistry major, and a biology major – as research subjects for her team’s investigation. By including students with varied disciplines on board, their collective knowledge allowed the research team to achieve greater scientific insight than it would otherwise.
