The Man Who Stole Almost $3,000 in Fragrances From an Ulta Beauty Supply in New Caney Has Been Captured

A man who allegedly stole nearly $3,000 in fragrances from an Ulta Beauty Supply in New Caney has been caught on camera. A surveillance photo of the man shows him walking out of the store holding a basket filled with the fragrances. He was wearing a Michael Kors T-shirt across his chest and is believed to have driven away in a red Ford Mustang.
