A woman is found dead in a car.
Jacksonville fl, Florida Police are investigating after a woman was found dead in a car at a gas station parking lot. The incident happened on Sunday evening at the Gate gas station located in the Busch Drive area of North Jacksonville.
The woman was in her 50s and was found unresponsive by a bystander. She was pronounced dead at the scene. The cause of death is not yet known and detectives are unsure if foul play was involved.
Another homicide is also underway in the city. A man in his 30s was found dead inside of a locked car. The vehicle was parked in the 1400 block of Van Buren Street and officers forced entry into the vehicle and pronounced him dead on the spot.
A woman was killed in a hit-and-run accident at Edgewood Avenue West at Magnolia Gardens. The driver of a dark GMC Yukon struck the victim and a 52-year-old man on their mopeds. Both victims were thrown from their vehicles. The drivers of both vehicles then drove over the victims, resulting in their deaths.
The victim’s family is asking the public to help them find out who was responsible for her death. They want to know why she was on a moped, what happened and why she was not wearing any clothing at the time of the incident.
She was not a drug user and she did not have a criminal record. She was an honors student and she just graduated college with a medical and phlebotomist degree. She was also an active member of her church and she had just started a new job as a nurse.
A woman was found dead in a car at Omega Park on Saturday night with a head wound. According to the Clay County Sheriff’s Office, children saw her in the car bleeding from her head shortly before 6 p.m. The agency is searching for the person who may have been in the car with her that day.
